I have focused much of my career on discovering opportunities and implementing strategies for non-profit organizations to create meaningful relationships with their stakeholders. My path to success is utilizing proven data to steer operational decisions; making decisions for positive, long-lasting impact, creating outreach to engage stakeholders of all backgrounds; ensuring that assets are appropriately and ethically managed; and earnestly and enthusiastically expressing gratitude to those who partner in our mission. Specialties: Holds CFRE designation.Throughout my career, I have steered program development, funding and endowment campaigns, marketing and outreach, and staff development. My strengths are two-fold: functional and interpersonal. My senior management expertise delivers decisive leadership, big-picture problem resolution, implementing actional plans, and setting measurable goals that are continually evaluated. On the other hand, I am a mentor, coach, and advocate with a genuine belief in individual potential. Launched at the height of the 2009 economic recession, I led Bridge Communities through a successful capital and endowment campaign. Our team surpassed its financial goal of raising $5.5 million in five years by raising $6.4 million in just over three years. All while at the same time increasing our annual operating contributed revenues from just over $1 million to $2.5 million. Currently, I serve as Interim CEO in which I oversee and motivate an 8-person executive leadership team that consists of fund development, community engagement, finance, program, and evaluation directors. The fund development and engagement team is responsible for raising just over $4.2 million of a $5.2 million budget. The program team serves more than 100 families experiencing homelessness. The finance team manages a budget of $5.2 million and $12 million in assets, including a $3.3 million endowment. And the data and evaluation team monitors and evaluates internal and external goals with the goal of continually refining and improving programs and strategic initiatives.
