Explained benefits of working with a career advisor and convince customers to come back and receive services.SUPPORTED WORK CASE MANAGERMet all welfare-to-work program employment goals each year- 90 welfare recipients each year, obtaining and retaining employment for 3 or more months. Developed and carried out plans to remove clients’ barriers.Designed and facilitated job readiness workshops. Created assessment toolsBEST OLDER YOUTH CASE MANAGERAssisted 20 older youth earn GEDs in less than a year by being a positive influence and consistently offering praise when it was due. All participants either obtained employment or enrolled in a community college at the completion of the program.
