I joined Customer Resolutions in April 2024, transitioning from a successful journey as a Senior Sales Advisor. I wanted a change of pace in my career, broaden my knowledge and experience a different side of Tesla.

In October 2022, I was promoted to Senior Sales Advisor, this came from hard work, initiative, resilience and positive mindset. I joined Tesla in December 2020, I firstly trained in Bristol Cribbs Causeway aiding with hand overs and deliveries of new Model 3’s then eventually started working from home, I then transitioned to conducting touchless Test Drives from Sarn Park Superchargers while construction was underway at our brand new Cardiff Showroom. I was apart of one Wales’ most famous Steam Railways for 5 Years, tourists from across the Globe flocked to visit us to experience our trip into the heart of the Brecon Beacons, built on top of the original Brecon to Merthyr line. Our in-house team built the Locomotives and maintained them, the company celebrated it’s 40th Anniversary last year.
