In this role I: - Lead the marketing and student recruitment activities across the Group's family of Colleges and Training Centres, setting the strategic direction for marketing and student recruitment across East Kent, and overseeing the Group's centralised Marketing team and Schools and Events team. - Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies and account managers. This includes the negotiation of marketing packages on behalf of the Group, and the booking of all external marketing campaigns.- Provide direction, mentorship and support to a diverse range of marketing and community outreach professionals. This includes one-to-one mentoring, designing and leading marketing and outreach workshops, overseeing the creation of annual and termly marketing plans, and facilitating opportunities to coordinate with other marketing professionals externally. - Lead on marketing strategy and the implementation of campaigns for new projects and business avenues. This has included the successful development and campaign management of EKC Sixth Form College. Launched in 2021, the multi-channel campaign generated above-target application numbers, and enhanced regional awareness of the new A Level offer. - Analyse the impact of marketing activities against student recruitment figures and targets, helping Business Units to understand their recruitment data and opportunities to enhance recruitment activities.
