I am a vital team player, who can build and maintain strong business relationships within a fast-paced organisation, ensuring the relevant business leaders are supported and coached to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective HR service to managers and staff with particular emphasis on employee relations, organisational development, performance management, absence management, policy development and implementation, HR metrics and TUPE transfers. To help develop commercially led solutions that support the overall business strategy.
