Amy Daali, Ph.D. is an accomplished AI Expert and Thought Leader with a deep background in AI and Engineering. A 2x founder and a strong advocate for gender equity in technology, Amy holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Texas. With over a decade of experience spanning engineering, AI, and biomedical imaging, she has demonstrated expertise in deep learning, computer vision, and advanced image and signal processing.As the founder & CEO of Lucea AI, Amy leads the company's efforts to equip organizations with the knowledge and strategies to leverage AI’s full potential, driving both operational efficiency and innovation. She is also the Founder of Moonshot 4 HER, an initiative to inspire and empower 1 Million women in tech to excel in the tech industry. Amy's thought leadership has been showcased at major conferences such as the Data Science Salon Conference, Women in Data Science Conference, and the IEEE Smart City Summit. She frequently shares insights on AI, data science, and analytics as a guest speaker on podcasts and industry events.During her tenure at USAA, Amy led the development of deep learning models using Keras and GPU-enabled Tensorflow on large imagery datasets.
