Responsible for planning and executing the marketing schedule for 2 brands across 2 separate countries, my work included:- Creating content and posting to social media weekly- Writing and posting monthly blogs, driving traffic and sales- Writing, designing and sending multiple email campaigns each month, and creating and tracking sales pipelines for follow up- Writing and coordinating the design and dissemination of industry E-books- Reporting to and liasing with multiple stakeholders to ensure ROI During this time I also collaborated on the rewrite and redesign of our company website.

As Client Director and Partner I manage Client Services teams in both Australia and New Zealand. I ensure that all our clients receive great service and creative advertising and recruitment solutions. I partner with our new clients to set up their recruitment solutions and provide ongoing training and support, as well as strategic recruitment advice. As Partner, I am also involved at an operational and strategic level and have been instrumental in setting up Talent Propeller right from the start.

As Design Manager I was based in China and managed a team of 11 graphic design and administrative support staff. My role involved managing workflow, production, quality control, training and recruiting to ensure our global offices received the support they needed.

In this role I recruited, trained and managed a small team and we looked after a selection of Key Accounts across a range of industries. We coordinated both web and print recruitment campaigns locally and internationally. Working closely with the Business Development Manager we grew the Key Accounts into a multi-million dollar portfolio.
