I founded this nonprofit and built it from the ground up by myself before recruiting volunteer help. It is an all volunteer organization. Developed the business plan and established relationships to achieve success. I initiated and organized all fund raising for continued growth and was successful in networking. Since inception I have worked every position in the organization. Currently I am still volunteering but have passed the torch to others caring for day to day operations.

All aspects of customer service in the airline industry including ticket counter, security, gate agent, reservations and special needs care.

My work here is 100% voluntary. I founded and developed all aspects of Paul's Project. Paul's Project was created in 2009 as a nonprofit organization supporting families and parents of critically ill children. The organization supports five children's hospitals in the Tampa Bay area, Orlando and Gainesville. Networking and creating relationships with the hospital social work departments was an essential task I performed. After successfully setting up the new small business I became liaison within hospital communities and in charge of all fundraising.

Specialized sales associate in the appliance department. Generated new deals for large ticket retail items focusing on customer service, quotes and developing orders based on individual customer needs, following up with customers and working the sale through order, purchasing and delivery.

Stayed home to raise three beautiful children.

Industrial sales within the oil industry. Job required engineering design to produce safe and accurate quotes for RFPs internationally. Inside sales creating quotes and providing specs for industrial grade gauges, valves, fittings, switches, tubing, clamps, etc. used in the construction of oil rigs and various other applications.

Responsible for inflight safety, customer service and front line representative of company.
