I am a an entrepreneur, athlete, and a coach. I have run 11 marathons (currently training for #12), completed a number of triathlons including a half ironman. I coach people of all ages in a variety of capacities and believe that coaching is not just a job, but a way of life. I love empowering others to succeed and flourish, and I am committed to making a positive impact in the world.
