Director Of Experience Design
Current• Lead multidisciplinary Experience Design teams to deliver high quality end-to-end design services to clients • Develop broad strategic solutions that help clients achieve their specific marketing, engagement and conversion goals.• Ensure solutions are for right audiences and solving users’ problems through facilitation of workshops to uncover personas, user journeys, business goals.• Collaborate with Visual Designers, Content Strategists, Copywriters, Business Analysts, Developers, and client stakeholders to ensure projects provide value to end users and the client’s business, and are technically feasible within the given budget and timeline. Projects range in length from a few weeks to over a year.• Contribute to improving Bounteous processes.
