(Avg 30 files per month with 90% purchase business, including a large builder-based pipeline).• Met with clients and reviewed all loan disclosures for signature while clearly indicating the next steps.• Evaluated income documentation to determine acceptable risk of an applicant in preparation to submit loan to the Underwriter• Completed order-outs for appraisals, mortgage insurance, tax transcripts, credit supplements, SSN verifications, property tax bills and address verifications.• Input and verified all applicable fees for origination, title, escrow, interest, government recording, transfer taxes, rebates and premiums based on pricing, etc. • Ensured that the validation of AUS information was accurate and finalized credit risk decision within engine• Successfully managed workload within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment by consistently meeting performance benchmarks in speed, accuracy and volume while working with production staff to maximize production levels without inappropriate risks.• Inside sales- diligently worked to build relationships with existing clientele, Realtors and new home builders through dedication to customer service and impeccable follow-thru in order to ask for and generate referral business. • Managed the closing process from coordinating the closing date, time and location with the clients, Realtors, Attorneys & Title /Escrow Companies to reviewing and validating the HUD-1. • Managed all Underwriting conditions, keeping to service level agreements for turn times.• Branch Advocate/Trainer for a new company-wide software change from Intrac to Encompass.• Assisted with new hire set-up and training.
