Content 10x is a creative agency specializing in content repurposing - we were the first content repurposing agency in the world. We work with B2B businesses and we help them to expand their content online via content repurposing – maximizing their reach and impact with minimal effort (from them!). We repurpose podcasts, videos (including video-podcasts, webinars, livestreams, etc.), white papers, reports, events, and talks/keynotes. We take one piece of content and transform it into a plethora of new platform-specific content for multiple uses - for example, across all social media platforms, YouTube, podcast, various websites and more. We also offer a service where we work with you to create consistent video content - where you share your expertise via conversational video interviews with experts in our team. Summary of recent projects:• Global FS Organisation: Head of Implementation Team for a post-acquisition integration programme following the client’s acquisition of 2 banks. Set-up and managed a unique field-based team of 56 Change Coaches who provided coaching and issue resolution support to over 1000 branches. Also managed a Central Team of 6 responsible for implementation planning, support, issue escalation, benefits realisation and post implementation reviews• Leading Global Technology Organisation: Change Management Lead for the Global Payroll Transformation Programme, covering 85 countries and affecting c40,000 employees. Responsible for all aspects of change management, communications, stakeholder management and organisation redesign for a very complex, multi-vendor, global BPO transformation • Public Sector: Knowledge Management Lead for a large transformation programme which forms a significant component of UK benefits reform. Managed the Knowledge Management Team and oversaw all aspects of KM including Content Design, Content Development, Testing & Business Assurance, and working with IT on system development• Leading Irish Bank: People Transition Consultant for the outsourcing of the bank’s Learning and Procurement functions to Accenture. Supported the transition of bank employees to Accenture in accordance with TUPE/ARD regulationGlobal Banking Group• Strategic review of the bank’s Wealth Management people proposition, with a specific focus on Relationship Management. Developed a programme plan for the establishment of a Wealth Management Academy Global FS Organisation• International Change Manager for the HR & Payroll Transformation Programme following the acquisition of an international credit card company (move to HR self service, payroll outsourcing, process consolidation).
