Worked alongside the Online Services (Enterprise) team and Enterprise Solutions Director, I was primarily responsible for processing printable stationery templates with uCreate Print and PressWise, as well as creating web-to-print storefront for various clients to place their orders seamlessly. I was also involved with several front-end web development projects such as the Arkive email templates, the PrismTech Graphics website, and the Wild World Wrap ecommerce storefront.

Fully responsible for developing responsive and functional WordPress websites with Bootstrap Framework, PHP, CSS, JS and other WordPress plugins. For each project, I worked closely with Head of Accounts, Artistic Director, and Copywriter to strategize and help clients establish a seamless online presence. Also capable of identifying, troubleshooting and solving technical issues on the websites.

Worked directly with School Is Easy Tutoring (Greater Vancouver), I assisted in developing and maintaining a strong visual brand presence on both print and digital mediums. I helped craft a professional identity by creating business cards, advertisements, social media banners, application forms and documents, PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing materials for other franchises located across North America.

Worked with wireframes and UI design concepts, I designed the WordPress websites based on the Genesis Framework by creating and preparing mockups, graphics, fonts, icons and CSS codes for the developer. All visual designs on a client’s website are made to effectively communicate its brand and its intended goal. Worked collaboratively with a Multimedia Fulfillment Representative and a Copywriter to strategize and create customized, engaging and optimized websites that reflect the client’s business online. Apart from creating new multi-page websites with Mono Solutions on a regular basis, I was also responsible for making changes to websites and creating mockups as per client expectations.

Worked closely with the owner, I performed administrative and clerical duties, including contacting the customers, filing documents and making money deposit, with precision and accuracy. I also assisted in receiving, delivering and stocking the frozen food products to our clients' storage and/or retail shelves.

Assisted in creating vector illustrations and graphics for the Richmond Night Market, Little BabyCakes and other events. Provided in-house graphic design, printing and finishing services to customers at a print shop setting. Daily routine of the job involved creating brand collateral, quoting and outsourcing, printing and photocopying, laminating and binding. I further gained experience in packaging, sorting, shipping and receiving parcels while connecting with couriers including, but not limited to, UPS, DHL, TNT, Loomis and Corporate Courier. I also assisted the store owner to train new staffs and manage the store.

Worked closely with the Sales Manager, I assisted in providing information regarding the Burleigh Walk condos to potential buyers, engaging them in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Other duties included performing clerical duties and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Worked under the Orthotist to perform duties such as answering calls, data entry, organizing appointments, and handling payments. I also had the opportunity to design an orthotic-product catalogue with Microsoft Publisher.
