• Human Resource responsibilities including; hiring, on-boarding, training, payroll, and coaching of 75+ full time and part time employees across 4 departments.• Develop an annual budget of $400k. • Maintain best practices that are up to industry standards and regulations; including annual audits for numerous state licenses and grant/government funding. • Oversee day to day operations, including events, member communications and ensuring exceptional program quality control.

• Human Resource responsibilities including; hiring, scheduling, payroll, and training 50+ full time and part time employees. • Develop and continually review an annual budget of roughly $500k.• Create and manage facility schedules, as well as developing 70 youth programs for 1,000 participants and various programs for over 28.000 members.• Collect member feedback through survey results, and track data in order to maintain high quality offerings to members.

• Plan and implement curriculum for weekly youth classes, and create new program offerings. • Directly lead and facilitate youth programming.• Create and edit marketing materials for programs and events.
