Reporting to the CIO at STAR, I lead the strategy and execution of all digital initiatives (online and mobile) across the Chinese and International channels. In a short period of time, we have been successful in improving STAR’s technical capabilities through the launch of a content management system and in expanding STAR's marketing reach and revenue through the launch of STAR’s collection of internet properties (www.startv.com + 10 other sites).

Reporting to the President, I was responsible for the establishment of Fox Audience Network’s engineering team and the growth of the team to a staff of 70 across multiple functions, including development engineering, quality assurance, configuration management, system operations and infrastructure. I managed an engineering SG&A budget of US$12 million and completed data warehousing, business intelligence, MySpace self-service ad platform (https://advertise.myspace.com/login.html), and social media targeting systems within budget.

Reporting to the VP of Technology, I managed the team that re-architected the FoxSports.com website to support the traffic and partnership with Microsoft. Architected and lead the development of Fox Fantasy Football in 2004.
