Hi, I'm Amy Young, a marketing and research professional with over 20 years of experience helping companies and organizations unlock the power of customer and user insights to drive exceptional customer experiences and successful business strategies. Throughout my career, I have led research and digital strategy initiatives for over 50 companies in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, eCommerce, and non-profit organizations. I have developed brands and shaped new ideas for organizations like Cornell University, Providence Health Systems, and The Nature Conservancy.Currently, I am the Public Information Specialist at the National Alzheimer's Coordinating Center in Seattle, Washington, where I am also pursuing a Master of Science in Information Management, specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at the University of Washington. I am passionate about working collaboratively, finding solutions to complex problems, and co-creating with stakeholders, and colleagues. I believe that the best work happens when we invite diverse experiences to the research and design process and work together across disciplines and perspectives.Outside of work, I enjoy sailing, golfing, snowboarding, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends. I also serve on the Board of Delridge Neighborhood Development Association, a local community-based non-profit offering affordable housing and free art, nature, and sports programs to young people and their families.
