It would be pretty impressive to live through it all and not feel conflicted, blurry, maybe even frustrated while figuring out your life in a noisy world. 📈 For years I contented myself with playing a life-optimization game - if I could just be more productive, get a "better" (according to who? not me obviously) job, do everything right, then I would be happy. It's painful to pour energy into building a life designed by someone else. ☺️ Living in authenticity means that your lived experience reflects the truth of what you value. It means your time and energy are invested into building a life that prioritizes your needs. It means you are clear on who you are, what you want & what bold actions you'll take to positively transform your life. It took a lot for me to look honestly at the direction (or directionless-ness) of my life & challenge the limiting beliefs that were suffocating me.
