Led the recruiting function and also dabbled in HR. Remix builds transit software and empowers local governments to plan and build more livable cities. Returned to Microsoft for a 2nd chapter to reunite with some leaders who always inspired me. Recruiting Manager for the following teams and acquisitions within the Office Product Group (OPG): Skype, Outlook, O365, Yammer, OneNote, Microsoft Teams, MileIQ. Led a team of Recruiters responsible for hiring Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists across the Bay Area and Redmond.

Joined as the 3rd recruiter and became a first-time manager in this role. Initially handled full-cycle recruiting for Operations roles before I transitioned to Engineering recruiting where I led a team of Recruiters, Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators responsible for full-stack SWE hiring.

Moved to the Bay Area to explore being part of a growing start-up. Took a short break from recruiting and focused on new hire onboarding programs.

Very fortunate to have started my recruiting career at Microsoft where I had the opportunity to learn from amazing teammates and leaders. 2010 - 2012: Full-cycle Technical Recruiter for the Windows Phone team focused on Product and Design roles. 2008 - 2010: University Recruiter for Engineering & Business roles (MBA, HR, and Supply Chain).

Part-time role while attending college that helped me solidify pursuing a career in recruiting. My role focused on HR coordination and recruiting for medical clinics.
