Safety Buzz Campus is more to me than just a company. It is an enormous part of my world. I started Safety Buzz Campus in 2004. I was the instructor, administrator, AR/AP, marketing rep..... Any new entreupreneur knows what I mean. I began working out of the back of a gym, expanded to the Timesquare Mall and then in 2009, built my building, which the Bonnyville operations currently run out of. In 2010 I opened a second Safety Buzz location in Medicine Hat.Many people ask "Why safety training? What made you open this business?" It was my love of safety and the drive to own my own business. I grew up on a farm and, unfortunately learned how not to work safely. This was quickly reversed when I got into the workforce. I remember taking H2S and First Aid training. I thought the training was excellent and something I could do. Anyone who knows me knows I can jump in with both feet, and I did. Once I had the necessary experience levels to instruct I headed for my instructor training.With Bill 6 upon us it was a natural transition to look back at my farming roots and use my safety background to make a difference. B-Farm Safe is a division of Safety Buzz, designed to make this transition as simple and effective as possible.My latest venture is Elevate Safety.Leadership.Community is my lifetime goal...to be a motivational speaker. Becoming a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, and coach is a dream come true, and I would love to enrich anyone or any organization with what I have been gifted with.
