 Main Responsibilities• Responsible for casting and forging parts development.• Identify and analyze casting and forging parts technical requirement and the related technique and production equipment.• Selecting and evaluate new potential supplier, by the casting and forging technical requirement, technical capability such as person experience, casting experience, software for casting simulation, CAD tooling for casting process design; production equipment capability such as molding device, melting furnace, shot blast system , Crown block and so on.• Give fully guide supplier to develop new casting according APQP, PPAP, and Prevention first thought training to all the technical and production staff of supplier.• Before the first article production, guide and together prepare and also check all the technical, quality and process control procedure documents, production process flow chart, P-FMEA, work instructions for cast molding, melting, NDT, cleaning, painting and delivering, QCP(quality control plan), ITP(Inspection and test plan), also for some forging parts.• During the production of first article, monitor the total production process, molding, coating, closing, melting, cleaning, also for forging process, and verify the chemical composition, mechanical properties, also internal quality by cutting or NDT method.• Continuous improvement, work together with quality guys for NCR and follow it, and according the requirement by quality department to give daily technique support to supplier, root cause analysis by 8D method, to get improvement of products quality and reduce production cycle time and also cost.• Communicate with quality department, purchase department and production department for other related development work.• Communicate with Swiss land headquarter for the new products localization targets.
