Developed strategic plans to establish BritCham’s new streams of business service income and to contribute to the annual score of UK Export Wins by BritCham Vietnam as the exclusive Delivery Partner of The UK Department for International Trade (DIT).

Responsible for the acquisition and delivery of Oversea Market Introduction Services (OMIS) contracts with British companies. Activities include responding to inquiries, client qualifying, presentations, proposal, negotiations, and pipeline management, as well as developing strategic relationships with major Vietnamese business nationwide to gain interest in the British products and services registered under BritCham's Oversea Market Introduction Service (OMIS). Cover 04 sectors including Education, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Advanced Engineering. Manage a team of 04 members to deliver high quality services for other sectors.

Intellectual Property (IP) Desk Support: playing as the formal communicating channel between the Korean Intellectual Properties Office (KIPO) and their Vietnamese counterparts at Customs, Market Surveillance, and National Office of Intellectual Properties. Successfully deliver the training program provided by KIPO to support Vietnamese IP officers in upgrading their operational skills and work efficiency in handling IPs, and IP-related matters
