1. Manage indirect procurement for ANZ & India.2. Prepare and maintain PO, release PO as per DOA, communicate PO to vendor and resolve delivery/service/payment related query.3. Analyze indirect spend and formulate strategy to meet procurement saving KPI, streamline the process and bring efficiency in P2P process.4. Route all new vendor through evaluation process before boarding vendor into our system.5. Raise MDG request in Fiori application to create/modify vendor in system.6. Review vendor performance and update approved source list annually.7. Prepare & submit weekly/monthly open PO report and monthly indirect procurement report to internal stakeholders.8. Meet with stakeholder & supplier at plant or Mumbai office to address open issue and resolve.9. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholder to resolve (system & process) issues related to P2P cycle.10. Support direct procurement activity for ANZ on need basis and provide training to new colleague for MDG and SAP MM related transaction. 11. Handle asset & scrap disposal requirement on need basis.

1. Procurement of raw materials to ensure supply chain needs of a company are met in a timely and cost-effective manner and purchase of finished product for reselling.2. Finalizing vendor, making PO and keep track of order and ensure timely delivery.3. Review quality of purchase product and release payment to vendor as per agreed terms.4. Meet with existing & new vendor to finalize contract terms and pricing.5. Monitor Stock level and order as needed.6. Updating MIS on regular basis to keep the track on each activity.7. Meeting with client for finalizing new order and improve services.
