IT Management:•Providing end user support for all the laptop and desktop users.•Good knowledge on the Microsoft windows desktop operating systems.•Good knowledge on the usage and troubleshooting of Microsoft office products including Microsoft outlook and Google Suites.•Good customer handling skills.•Able to provide touch base support for the server and network devices in the data center with the instructions provided over the phone.•Able to document all the devices and manage a proper inventory.•Able to log call and handle the vendors for any hardware troubleshooting.Organizational Management and Development:•Have a strong customer orientation to bring the information systems & technology department to provide value-added services to the business.•Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs.•Promote inter-departmental and inter-divisional communications and teamwork.•Network internally and externally across the region to develop and implement best practices.Financial Management:•Establish operations expense and development budgets via thorough evaluation of business needs with regard to information management, systems, equipment, support and training.•Monitor and control overheads and expenses as per approved annual budget.•Manage the cost of jobs efficiently within present budget restrictions (i.e. cost management).•Provides regular update and reports to the IT manager as required on the financial spends and planning.People Management:•Be proactive and respond before being reminded.•Maintain a good interpersonal relationship with the team members and the offshore team members.•Manage a good relationship with the end users, business leaders and vendors.•Manage a good relationship with the regional leadership team.•Helping in the professional development of the team members.•Establish a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements.
