Current1. Dynamics 365 Business Central Configuration: Configuring D365 Business Central with the business process to meet with client's needs.2. Business Process Analysis: Analyzing the current problem to maintain each and every data and understand complex business processes to recommend improvements.3. Module Expertise: Worked and have expertise in Purchase Module, Sale Module, Inventory Management, Warehouse, Production and Finance.4. Customization and Development: In case any process cannot be mapped within the Base system then suggest a parallel solution to the clients, checking the feasibility with the Developer and going through the parallel testing after development.5. Data Migration: Has successfully migrated clients in Business Central from their legacy systems with full opening data that includes inventory, vendors, customers, G/L, Bank, FA, etc.6. User Training: At the time of user Training, all the existing process documentation was created for Business Central. Understanding the user issues, solving their queries and supporting them to ensure effective system utilization.7. Reporting and Analytics: Checking the data flow within the system, helping the developer create the report required as per the client, and checking the data consistency. Creating different Dashboards and working on different permission sets that are assigned to users as per their roles.8. Problem-solving: Troubleshoot the issues and provide recommended solutions to clients.9. Client Relationship Management: Building a strong client relationship and delivering one of the best solutions to meet the required business gap.10. Compliance and Regulations: Has worked in various sectors including FMCG, Automobiles, Pharmaceuticals, and Agrochemicals and is eager to work more in different domains.11. Continuous Learning: Learning the new updates continuously, that were provided by Microsoft, and checking different processes with a parallel run within the system.
