All corrective actions and findings are reviewed with Focus Team Managers and Supervisors for approval. If/when corrective actions are approved follow up is required and closing of actions also require evidence, that include but not limited to pictures, formats, training records, CAPA’s if applicable, Drawing changes, etc…- Overall support of translations in the department of documents that require it, as well as support to peers that require it. -
