Development Team Lead
Frontline management position within the IT Wealth area, responsible for the leadership of both development teams (12 people) and Business Analysts teams (20+ BA’s).Worked with demand managers and project managers to understand/estimate IT analysis and development efforts to allocate resources to projects based on demand pipelines driven by business priorities.As the team leader, my focus was to establish and maintain a high performance team.My responsibilities included people management activities, such as recruitment, performance monitoring/review/management, career development and mentoring.Managed ramp up / down activities, including vendor negotiations to procure staff/services, contract renewals and setup of virtual development environments for the offshore teams.
