I worked 20 years in the advertising market, mainly within WPP Group media agencies. In 2012, I decided to try a new path, and took the decision to do something on my own. By then, I was 44, an ideal stage of life to try a new way!I immediately felt that I would like to work in one of the following areas: Tourism, senior care, technology or health.I got really interested in “growing old” as all the demographics are inverted, and because I don’t feel we are prepare to deal with Active and Independent ways of getting old. And I would love to be part of someone who cares about shaping a new future. Much more integrated, much more independent, much more fun. I’m a kind of person who loves to communicate, to create, to be part of. Due to my career (or not) I’m a team leader, very pragmatic, curious and happy! One of the things I like to do is to help others to take the best out of them (professionally speaking) finding a balance on their lives.That's probably why, my path also lead me to help small business to grow, acting as a consultant mainly in the areas of managing, marketing and communication. I'm currently very happy on doing so.Today, i’m also volunteer at @capiti, an ONG that works in mental health for children, helping them with their treatments. There , i’m communication manager. I'm now moving my skills to mentoring,as i've stated before i love to see people (and companies) grow
