As an all-around Creative, I offer a unique and multifaceted perspective in work, art, and life; I love to problem-solve. I hail from a low-income, minority family in Ohio and funded my own Undergraduate Education, even taking a four-year leave of absence from 2018-2022 to establish a secure home-base in Ithaca, NY. Above all, I am a writer looking for Copywriting and Editing positions. I found my voice in written words early and mobilized this penchant to attain a Bachelor's of English with a concentration in Poetry from Cornell University. I look for work which aligns with my values as a queer, Taíno person with a thirst for truth and justice. I wield my lexical expertise with pride, approaching opportunities from a place of flexibility and conscious communicability. In true Ithaca-artist fashion, I wear many hats: I am a visual artist with a focus in portraiture, and I design and paint murals for Ithaca Murals, businesses commissioning logo designs, and individuals; I am a musician and vocalist; I am an experienced actress having worked with Risley Theater, PMA and the Ithaca College PARK school; I enjoy crafts of all kinds or generally artsy adventures, and I perpetually seek fun, enlightening, and/ or educating experiences! I have experience in food service, hotel administration, landscaping, general administration, marketing, and beyond. In Ithaca you can find me foraging for berries and swimming in the gorges, perusing bookstores incessantly, or reading my work at open-mic nights.
