- First point of contact for Customers who raise IT service incidents and requests via email, phone, instant messaging or any other agreed channel- Log and classify each incident or request using Service Management tools- Provide 1st level IT service support - perform troubleshooting and resolving- Keep Customer updated on agreed intervals, based on Service Level Agreements- Monitor Customer infrastructure alerts using specific tools- Escalate incidents or requests to appropriate support teams in case resolution is not possible at SD level- Provide details on cause, resolution and the actions that were taken- Act as an interface between Customers and Endava support teams

-Working together with the sales team by promoting the company's products to the clients-Analysing the client's and their business' structure in order to provide them with a suitable presentation of the company's products-Preparing the presentation's demo in order for its specifications to be understood by the client-Organising presentations about the products' benefits and specifications, in person, at the client's headquarter-Preparing a comprehensive report about the product by collecting customer feedback and answering the clients' questions-Data gathering via feedback form-Reporting customer feedback to a multitude of teams including the sales team and the product owners-Being part of marketing events and campaigns-Processing gathered data in the company's system

- Good understanding and ability in working with digital manipulation programs (Corel, Gimp, Photoshop) - Ability to use specialized hardware for generating industry standard end product - Ability to understand customer needs in order to provide desirable service - Good ability to manage multiple orders in a short amount of time - Analyzing current stock and placing provisioning orders if required - Ability to work in a team oriented environment - Ensure that costumer relations stay positive for the business - Provide training for new employees - Organize work schedule for employees on a weekly basis - Achieving amicable resolutions on problematic client issues
