Prepared all lesson plans, led all activities to promote physical, mental and emotional development, such as weekly themes, art projects, music, and storytelling. Planned specific goals and objectives to achieve identified learning outcomes. Conducted student evaluations and held annual conferences with parents in order to inform them of their child's development milestones.

Managed cabin placement process for over 2600 campers each summer, supervised camper services staff, coordinated and streamlined all parent communications, implemented an innovative new electronic system for sending weekly counselor reports to parents, scheduled and conducted recruitment tours for prospective families and alumni, and implemented a new ambassador program for older campers.

Successfully planned, managed and exceeded all fundraising goals for the Foundation's special events, which included The Festival of Trees, Chet Noble Memorial Golf Classic, "B" a Piece of Greenville and the Mary Ann Walter Cup. Created and implemented a new volunteer career path program. Increased the net amount raised for the Festival of Trees by more than 20% in two years. Developed and implemented a new consolidation program for the Festival of Trees, which resulted in a year-round sponsorship package for corporate donors and two new events. Developed and implemented a new fundraising program, Celebrate the Children to benefit the Women's Services at St. Francis Women's and Family Hospital. Recruited, cultivated and trained over a 100 volunteers to augment services of paid personnel for all Foundation events. Implemented a new strategic plan to enhance the Giving Societies for the Annual Programs.
