Current** January 2021- January 2024: Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) for the Accounting Integration Cloud team and Cloud EngineerMy responsabilities as a TDM:- being the first person of contact between the client and the technical team- understanding the client needs and communicating them back to the team in a clear and concise manner - having an overview of all the activities and incidents related to a customer project and making sure the deadlines and SLAs are respected- understanding the customers` architecture in order to provide an adequate input to all the incoming business requirements for new developments or improvementsAs a Cloud Engineer I was also responsible for solving the incidents that appeared on the cloud solution and for implementing the evolutions requested by the client. Technologies used: Axway AIS Solution, Shell scripting, AWS Platform management.Success stories in the roles above:I managed to help solve a critical architecture problem for one of the Cloud clients by constantly communicating with the client on the needs, advancement of the solution and testing phases. One of the main solutions that I adopted was bringing all the necessary persons in the discussion for this: arhitects, support engineers, developpers, customer success managers, incident managers, product experts. And then following the discussion with the client to make sure he is aware of all the steps and actions we are taking in order to fix the issue.
