- Managing categories of direct spend portfolio: primary and secondary packages and juices concentrates (concept development, vendor relationships, commodities logistics, cross-functional communications, tendering, contract negotiations, budgets and final analyses)- Managing the direct procurement team and supporting role in managing indirect procurement team - Negotiating strategic commodities: PET, Aluminum, Corrugated materials and contracting all necessary logistic and storage… - Management of critical situation- Achieving the yearly saving target defined by Group, developing policies and procedures to ensure optimal cost savings - Cross regional initiatives and Local, Regional and Group tenders and implementation of results.- Daily collaboration with other regional teams and internal stakeholders in order to align business objectives and ensure supply continuity - Promotional activities with Marketing department: Loyalty promotions, Hallowin, WOAH, Christmas, L&T Club, NCP…- Procurement of all promotional material (from gifts like T shirts, bags, plastic, metal thins... to small house appliances, refrigerators, different types of snack ...) - Procurement of POP and POS material- Procurement of Awnings, Furniture, PBS and impressive, Racks, Umbrellas, Instore branding, vehicles branding…- Procurement support for Marketing, HR, Public relations, Sales project - Daily collaboration with other departments (Planning, QE, Production, Marketing…)- Daily communication with executive level both internally and externally as well as with all other levels
