Project manager of BioData.pt, a non-for-profit association created in 2021 that is the Portuguese Infrastructure of Biological Data. Coordinator of the Portuguese Node of ELIXIR, an intergovernmental organisation that coordinates life science resources (databases, software tools, training materials, cloud storage and supercomputers) from across Europe so that they form a single infrastructure.

The Red List of Vascular Plants for Mainland Portugal Project (http://listavermelha-flora.pt/) is a scientific and conservation project that aims to assess the extinction risk of native plants of Mainland Portugal using the IUCN Red List Criteria and Categories and to publish the first Red List of Vascular Plants for this country. This project runned from October 2016 to June 2019 under the coordination of Sociedade Portuguesa de Botânica (Botanical Society of Portugal) and of Associação Portuguesa de Ciência da Vegetação - PHYTOS (Portuguese Association for Vegetation Science) in partnership with the Instituto da Conservação da Natureza e das Florestas (National Institute for the Conservation of Nature and Forests).
