Responsible for the development and structure of the Human Resources team over an 8-year period. Managed the department for over 900 employees, across 10 states, in 50+ locations. In charge of overseeing the department and ensuring the functions are being conducted by the HR team. Function as the link between the organization’s management and its employees. Functions range from providing consultation on strategic planning with top executives to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff.I have also been able to work on site and develop operational skills to connect further with employee and organizational needs.
