• Management and follow up of the trademark portfolio of over eighty companies belonging to Laboratorios Pisa’s corporate group in Mexico, Latin America, United States of America and Europe.• Feasibility analysis of registration for trademarks, filling of the application before Mexican authorities, draft responses to authorities’ requirements.• Drafted, reviewed and revised, confidentiality, distribution, sales, technology transfer, rendering of services and licensing agreements.• Briefing and assisting the senior management team with drafting, review and revision of agreements in English and Spanish.• Drafting of stockholders meetings’ minutes, powers of attorney, and different corporate documents for the Mexican and overseas corporations belonging to the corporate group, supervise the junior corporate attorney.• Coordinating, managing and follow up of consultations in the fields of corporate law, trademark and patent litigation with outside counsel.
