I have been interested in the ways that we all relate to our own unconscious minds since I gained my honours degree in Psychology, over 25 years ago. I am a certified Master Practitioner in Hypnotherapy, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Timeline Therapy. I use a range of therapeutic techniques to help each individual gain a better understanding of their own unconscious mind and how it influences their behavior. This process enables my clients to take control and deal with a variety of personal issues in a safe, calm and confidential environment.I understand that common problems often have different causes, depending on each individual. From the initial consultation to the completion of therapy, my strategy focuses on the improvements that my client wishes to make in their own life.
