Position Description:Contacting clients and finding out their specific requirementsCoordination with Repair and Maintenance departmentPreparing Enquiries based on R&M reportsContact with spare parts suppliers, making payments, taking care of documents necessary forimport customs procedure and organizing a delivery Issuing and sending InvoicesCoordination with the manufacturer’s Area Sales Manager in order to make an offer according toclient’s needsTaking care of Tender documentation in public purchases, providing all the additional documentsspecified in Bidding documentsMaking sure that all taxes, invoices and other dues are paid on time
