- Responsible to oversee and coordinate financial activities of 4 manufacturing entities in relations to costing, financial management reporting, financial planning and budgeting.- Responsible for preparation of financial public reports including annual reporting in line with the ESEF requirements (European Single Electronic Format).

Responsible for the supervision of financial activities during month-end closing, management reporting and budgeting processes.

Responsible for the split of the financial statements/processes between transport and real estate lease segments’ during the reorganization of the company.

- Budgeting & forecasting: collect and consolidate financial data from all departments, prepare next year operating budget and long range plan - Budget control: perform detailed monitoring of the operating cost - Performance management: analysis of monthly/quarterly/yearly business performance

- Cash / Working Capital management: cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, monitor company’s financial position - Credit Control: evaluate customers’ financial credibility, assess credit limits and payment terms for new / existing customers

- Business analysis: analyse business environment and competition performance, project future market trends, model business scenarios - Pricing: develop pricing scenarios, assist with the preparation and evaluation of business cases- Develop management reports, presentations for management, other ad-hock tasks
