As a Magma Ambassador, I have the responsibility to bridge the gap between my campus community and the job market. I help colleagues from my university learn about our Talent Programme initiatives aimed at young people who are starting out in their careers. I'm developing collaborative work skills, learning how to solve problems, and understanding what it means to work in a young, dynamic company where one's career matters!
