Ana Lima is Technical Director, Executive Board Member and EPMQ (Software Engineering and Data Intelligence) Development Coordinator at CCG/ZGDV Institute. Additionally, Ana Lima is an invited professor in the Information Systems department at University of Minho and Member of Executive Board of Prochild COLAB. Her academic background includes a PhD in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Minho, with a dissertation focusing on tailoring frameworks for IT project portfolio management, in context of R&D organizations. Ana has extensive expertise in R&D project management, quality, and innovation, and has participated in over 70 R&D projects. She is also a contributing author to scientific publications in areas such as, project management, software process improvement, and software engineering. She is also expert and auditor of R&D projects, and, integrated in the research group SEMAG (http://semag.algoritmi.uminho.pt/) of the ALGORITMI Center of University of Minho.
