I work with the Board of Directors to harness market drivers, trends, and disruptive forces to boost institutional performance, outcomes, and impacts.I enable the Head of School to more easily improve JHCA culture, competencies, brand equity, revenues, operating efficiencies, earnings growth, risk mitigation, competitiveness, scalability, salability, speed to favorable liquidity events, and investor metrics.I work with the Director of Business Management to coordinate intellectual property (IP) development, protection, and application across key organizational functions—including strategic and general management, competency management, innovation management, marketing management, financial management, and operations management (inclusive of academic operations and business operations).I work with institutional leaders to promote organizational development, professional development, and job developmentI help organizational managers to clarify essential (1) results; (2) values; (3) vision; (4) critical insight; (5) knowledge, know-how, and know-who; (6) skills; (7) tools; (8) training; (9) analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and planning; and (10) measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.I help team members establish decision-making parameters from left-bracket quick-fix possibilities to high-bracket root-cause orientations.
