Managed relationship with onsite customerEnsured service level agreement goals are established and met through onsite support. Oversee order fulfillment process to meet headcount and skill requirements. Monitor pool of qualified applicants. Alert manager and/or Recruiter with any areas of concern. Oversee recruiting programs for onsite. Ensure appropriate orientation process and training is developed and completed for each onsite employee. Supervise temporary employees, and onsite staff including monitoring extension or completion of assignments, addressing problems or concerns of temporary employees, coaching, counseling, and taking corrective action of onsite staff and temporary employees. Terminate onsite staff and temporary employees when appropriate. 

Responsible for screening, interviewing and selection of employees for onsite .Identify qualified applicants, conduct screening interviews, administer tests, check references, and evaluate applicant qualifications. Perform order fulfillment functions and ensure that the required headcount goal is met. Hire qualified temporary employees and establish appropriate pay rates for temporary employees based on skills, abilities, and experience. Make job offer to employee explaining full job description, term of assignment, pay rate, benefits. Screen and process candidates along with skill testing, e-verify, criminal background checks and drug testing. Performed arrival calls to clients and maintain the candidate pool.
