Supervises and coordinates all aspects of school social work; provides direct and on-goingleadership to School Social Work Department; serves as liaison between community resources, students and schoolsystem; monitors and provides quality assurance of social work services; directs and supports staff toward helpingstudents make satisfactory adjustments by coordinating and influencing the efforts of the school, the family and the community to achieve this goal.

• Provide support to students and their families who are having difficulties in school due to attendance, economic, health, emotional, and/or family problems• Enforce the Georgia Compulsory School Attendance Law• Provide technology support for School Social Work department in regards to Access Database that is utilized for maintaining case notes and other state required data• Serve as a field supervisor for Masters level interns (the past seven years)• Provide crisis intervention services at local schools, as needed• Developed faith based collaboration initiative for Area 2 schools • Serve on the crisis response team for County School District

• Program supervisor for both Babies Can’t Wait Program and Children’s Medical Services Program• Responsible for managing a total budget of approximately two million dollars• Manage business relationships with approximately two hundred contractors that provide a variety of services, and ensure the compliance of such contracts• Assure compliance of state procedural safeguards and standards for both programs• Supervise and manage eleven employees

• Service delivery system for infants and toddlers ( ages birth to three years old) with developmental delays and/or disabilities and their families • Assisted the families and other professionals in developing a plan to enhance the child’s development • Assisted the families in locating and accessing early intervention services identified per the child’s needs
