Optimize translation workflow procedures of assigned projects by coordinating and managing daily activities and scheduling tasks to meet tight timelines. Determine client expectations and requirements to set project scope, priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules.-Ensure the smooth running of all operations by identifying and resolving project-related issues in a timely manner.-Run internal QA checks in French and Spanish Languages for new or ongoing projects.

-Understand project scope, goals and deliverables.-Review and coordinate the creation and updates of glossaries and translation style guides with vendors and clients.-Coordinate and oversee quality control steps are followed during the life of a project.-Organize and mediate in translation review calls with clients and vendors.-Communicate effectively with translation vendors to help their linguistic teams achieve the tone, voice and quality expected by clients.-Ensure proper follow up with clients with known translation problems.

Provide support for both Initial Conversion Managers and Translation Quality Managers which requires extensive knowledge of both teams processes and tight time frames. Tasks included:- Update of glossary and style guides in the translation tool.- Review of homepages and assignment for translation new content found.- Assignment of defect reports generated by the QA team to translation vendor to ensure correction of defects were on time for project delivery.- Review of feedback submitted by customer, assignment to vendor for implementation and ensure its completion on time.- Run reports of translation activity for upper management.- Weekly update of production file where pre delivery projects were tracked.
