With a range of tasks and events, both online and in-person, most of all my job requires flexibility both in skill and in time. My main responsibilities at in-person events include but are not limited to accommodating parents and students, leading problem-solving workshops and Q&A sessions and ensuring each event runs as smoothly as possible. On the digital side, I lead a team of digital content ambassadors, overseeing content production and publication, arranging meetings, schedules and collaborating on ideas for increasing engagement and the promotion of future events. I can confidently say that this job has developed my leadership and organisation skills, being responsible for a team of ambassadors as well as groups of younger students but also my creativity, initiative and communication, all vital in running my tasks successfully.

In 2020 I came across this great opportunity to share both my passion for mathematics and science and transfer the skills I previously started developing in my years of mentoring in school into a job that allows me to help disadvantaged younger students.In this job I have learned to tailor resources to individual needs of students, explain concepts and simplify them as much as possible to ensure understanding, adapt to student needs and requests and improve my problem-solving and thinking skills answering unexpected questions from the students.
