- Correspondence in English and Serbian language with the clients and the third parties including translations of the necessary documents into Serbian and into English- General administration works;- Travel management;- Organization of meetings and other events for the parent company, for employees, for clients and subcontractors;- Independent personal execution of all office organization works;- Coordination of communications of internal and external aspects;- Preparation, maintenance and support of several databases;- Reporting to the Austrian parent company of project data and project progress;- Issue of Invoices- Financial transactions, use of e-banking- Coordination of payments from the client and to subcontractors after approval coming from the executive board - Account keeping in coordination with the contracted bookkeeping company;- Customs handling for deliveries coming from outside of Serbia.
