• Provide all daily core banking system support for 100 + users. Manage 4 environments of the system. • Responsible for verifying all changes follow our IT General Control as defined.• Troubleshoot and provide support for all things related to core banking system directly.• Apply and test all software builds from core banking system in a test environment before the implementation including fixes.• Work with the Information Analyst and Database Administration during process development with all departments in the Company. • Lead the support systems team for all applications, systems and processes including SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.

• Review end-user questions and assist in categorizing these questions and issues for the chatbot• Support and oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of Chatbot and database.• Work closely with design team and development team to ensure business requirements are developed correctly and meet acceptance criteria.• Reorganize data into a readable format.• Developing and maintaining databases, data systems.• Performing analysis to assess quality and significance of data.• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.• Preparing reports for management outlining trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data.• Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct coding problems.• Working with management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data strategies. • Preparing final analysis reports for stakeholders to understand the steps of data analysis, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.
