Hortex, Lutece), frozen potato (Agristo), meat (Smithfield, Pini, Animex), fish and seafood (Anova, Daiseday), bakery & deserts (Panovia, Lidas, Erlenbacher), ready meals (Mar-ne- vall, Animex, BRF), other category of products for retail and food service market (Unilever Food Solution, Dr Oetker etc)• Defining the portfolio by categories and products • Agreements with all authorities including custom clearance, controlled temperature carriers • Taking care of sanitary veterinary issues • Trade marketing yearly contracts with all the suppliers • Set up and execute marketing budget for Aquila Food Service division• Searching new market opportunities, launching new market trends and new products categories • Manage credit lines from suppliers• Inventory management• Functions under direct report: Purchasing, Marketing• Managing a team of 5 people

Full responsibility for the trade contracts & marketing budgets; functions under direct report: Purchasing, Marketing• Negotiate and manage trade contracts & marketing budgets (Unilever, Hortex, Aviko, D’Arta, Lamb Weston, Nordic, Brasil Foods, Animex, Frosta, Saga Foods, Viciunai, Erlenbacher – Nestle, Lutece, Metro, Selgros, etc)• Create and develop private labels (Casa Taraneasca - 15% market share frozen vegetable market, Minut – foodservice & retail food products, Del Mare- fish category)• Ensure profitability per product lines, article and supplier• Search and start new business partners and new business opportunities• Production optimizing for the companies in the group • Manage credit lines from suppliers• Handling the carrier contracts • Taking care of Sanitary- Veterinary issues • Inventory management• Launch and develop private labels for various product categories• Design and execute strategy and marketing budgets for retail and food service markets • Select and initiate appropriate promotions and advertising campaigns for the various brands and suppliers• Set up and follow up promotional budgets• Participate and assure marketing conditions for the major international accounts• Coordinate national trade marketing in the modern trade • Brands administration and intellectual property• Responsible for media advertising• Research with internal/external sources (retail/foodservice audits) in order to know the market trends • Managing a team of 10 people
