• Partner with TMG Fab Leadership to support TI’s ramp schedule for all capital purchases related to Fab Equipment worldwide.• Develop strong relationships with key suppliers to drive strategy, enable execution, and identify and mitigate risks.• Responsible for resolving escalations and supplier issues.

• Drive operational efficiency for order fulfillment process for the Automotive Transceivers product line, which generates approx. $584 Million in yearly revenue.• Support Business Unit New Product Development (NPD) process through new product introductions (NPI) and ramp readiness by closely working with marketing, quality and product engineering.• Interface with Technology and Manufacturing groups, internal and external factories in North America and Asiato proactively manage constraints and manufacturing requirements.• Provide excellent customer support through collaboration with the WW Sales Operations team, including direct communications with key accounts.

• Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers and business partners.• Manage subcontracts and represent Supply Chain organization at various levels on functional and cross-functional teams to drive business success• Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies.

• Participate in program activities throughout the entire program lifecycle, from pre-proposal through contract closure. • Support Program-level gate reviews and Estimates at Completion (EAC).• Collaborate cross-functionality with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and others to develop solutions for project challenges.• Manage Material Sales Forecasts • Lead all program’s supply chain activities, serving as liaison between functional leads, and the Supply Chain organization• Monitor and manage incoming supply of materials to fully support MRP

• Manage the production plan, raw materials purchasing, and JIT delivery for the company’s largest production facility, averaging 75 Million product cases annually.• Determine production requirements and serve as the single point of contact for all new product initiatives.• Directly supervise 4 Production Planners and resolve issues, assess risk, and evaluate mitigation activities.• Manage daily production schedule to best utilize resources and space and ensure product availability.• Lead weekly Production Planning Meetings and discuss the production plan for the upcoming week.• Work with Raw Materials Manager on best practices for cycle counts and ordering to maximize space.• Collaborate with the Transportation Manager to identify constraints in moving finished goods and raw materials and ensure materials are available for production when vendors fail to deliver raw materials on time.• Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize new SKUs and meet weekly with Corporate Capacity Planning to review capacity projections, demand spikes, and support needed for other locations.• Work closely with Regional Sales Planning to review sales trends that affect production and raw materials.• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and co-packing customers.

• Develop & manage capacity models, short & mid-term production plans and working capital projections for 4 manufacturing sites.• Collaborate with Production Planning, Materials Planning and Forecasting teams to determine strategic manufacturing options for new product initiatives, with focus on improving communications and determine most effective way to support product launch by region.• Partner with Regional Supply Planning Managers, Forecasting, Production Planning & Customer Operations Teams to promptly identify and resolve any fulfillment issues. • Use capacity models, to suggest actionable production planning insights to support ideal service level, while optimizing resources utilization and inventory performance.• Lead weekly alignment meetings to ensure full visibility, alignment and accountability between teams and business objectives.

• Manage the order fulfillment process for the International division generating approx. $311M in annual revenue• Sustain service levels greater than 99% by managing short term inventory and leveraging the relationships with Customer Service, Transportation, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning and Warehouse Operations teams.• Proactively communicated any service issues related to stock availability and coordinate resolution efforts with key business partners while considering all facets of Supply Chain Planning metrics.• Tracked demand to identify Abnormal Demand, and deciding on the level to which it can be met, in order to maximize availability at the point of purchase.• Supported efforts to reduce network inventory by $10M YOY by developing cost effective deployment plans to execute strategies that drive service, while optimizing inventory performance.• Participated in a Kaizen events that focused on lean manufacturing that lead to annual savings of $650k• Continuous focus on the minimization of “aged” inventory while diligently working to prevent /minimize product obsolescence.

-Process the current approved configuration documentation and configuration identifiers associated with each systems-Responsible for Change Control process and transferring changes from development environments to Production release.-Assisted Program Managers with documentation related with each system-Serve as single point of contact to assist General Dynamics manufacturing facilities in processing Engineering Change Requests-Reported the effectiveness and installation status of configuration changes to all system at various manufacturing locations, including design, production, modification, retrofit and maintenance changes.-Properly released engineering documentation to the government representatives.
