Remote Proposal Manager seeks full-time employment starting in February 2025. Ana Richardson is a Shipley-certified Proposal Manager with over 5 years of experience working on federal, state, and commercial proposals. Ana uses industry best practices, including knowledge of the FAR, to develop proposal schedules, create outlines, interact with subcontractors, clean up/ edit documents, and manage processes surrounding proposal development. Ana’s experience with coordinating proposals was developed by wearing many hats during the proposal process including, but not limited to: Coordinator, Editor, and Color Reviewer, for RFPs, RFQs, ROMs, and RFIs. Ana uses her attention to detail and organizational skills to support managing large, dynamic proposal teams with up to 100 members.
